Was searching the net & found this. Apparently there is also a "shoe shaped" pan, although i have never seen it.
High Heels
Making a three-dimensional high heel cake is something that can be very difficult for a home cook, as the cake has to balance on a thin heel. Instead, use a high heel-shaped cake pan or cut a high heel shape from a large sheet cake. Then, decorate the cake with frosting, glittery sugar and candies so it looks like a high-heeled shoe.
