Piper's Cakes's Page

I am not a professional cakebaker, but I am starting culinary school with an aim to help women start their own businesses and help them to be able to bake wonderful cakes, cookies and candies to sell to the public.  The Oklahoma Home Baking Act was passed in April of this year.  I am trying to help women learn how to start their own business, find ways to buy their ingredients, reach customers, and make extra money to help their families.  I know there are a lot of talented people in Oklahoma and they just need a nudge to start believing in themselves.
