Well it's finally done! Boxed up and ready to be taken into school for the start of term tomorrow. I think Daisy did a really good job for her first attempt at cake making. I did the really tricky construction bits and the cutting with a sharp knife (obviously!) and piped the grass. But she made the corrugation, painted it and piped the ivy stems on. Had to laugh though, 'cos she really did look like a cow with a gun using an icing pump and a spatula!

Oh how wonderful for Daisy!!!! On display in the main hall...what a accomplisment. I see that remark...chuffed...and it brings back memories of my Mom. She used that phrase all the time.
Thanks so much June. Yes Daisy was pretty chuffed I think - especially as it got sent to the Head Teacher to see and then got put on display in the main hall!

Thanks Linda, I think she's going to be a proud bunny tomorrow. She'll love to see your comment too, as I told her I would be posting this and she can't wait to see what people say.
It turned out amazing, Katy! Tell Daisy from me that she will be the next great baker! She will be beaming tomorrow!
