Created for the collaboration honoring Portugal, Miss Universe Portugal is 12" tall, to the top of her headdress, made of modeling chocolate with costume of fondant adorned with assorted sprinkles, a cape of rice paper, headress of wafer paper, and painted with gel colors and petal dusts.
