I bought this mat, I really really like it. you don't have to mess around with covering it in sugar and corn starch or anything like that. i just roll out the mat, ball up fondant, pound it flat then cover it with the other piece of mat.

Has anyone actually used this? Is it as easy as they make it out to be? (as in easy for us 'normal' people not just for professionals?)
