Thanks Marsha. Merry Christmas.
Hi, Ijeoma,
We do not have a cake sculpture video, but Roland has a book on Cake Sculpture and it also explains about making faces.
Here's a link to the book. We do ship internationally.

Take care,

Thanks Marsha. Please can i get a theory and or video tutorial, since i may not be able to take a live class.
The cake sculpture class we do is for smaller figures (which illustrate the same process as for larger figures)--otherwise it would cost a fortune and take weeks to complete the class. We must teach several (10 or more) students at once to make the class viable. As you can tell from the video, we too are particular about the faces :)
I'm interested in the tutorial; it has to include the whole body of the cake, though i'm particular about the face. Please how can i get one? What's the cost? I'm in Africa.
Another thing i want to know is about the transportation of the completed cake. It might not be feasible decorating it at the venue. I know that buttercream cakes are "don't touch' cakes. How can one transport it without holding it, esp. on bad roads.
We have taught a class on the faces, but some students get discouraged because they think it will be easy--but it takes practice once you know the rules and techniques.
Unbelievable! Please can someone give me a clue on "how to make the facial features of a life size cake sculpture become a replica of an individual" Thanks so much.
