Hello, Edna.  You have taught me most of what I know about cake decorating with your tutorials.  This particular video has encouraged me to enter the Tennessee State Fair cake competition....even though I am a true beginner, about 7 months.  I am scared to death, but I really do decorate for fun and it really does not matter to me if I win or loose (as long as I am beaten by something better :o) ).  Thank you, thank you, Edna, for sharing your gift with the rest of us.  You are so generous and kind, I almost feel as though I know you.  You are my Cake Hero!
