It's funny how life works, never in a million years did I consider myself to be interested in cake decorating.  A year ago, someone asked me to make a cake for them based on the fact that I enjoyed cooking.  That person didn't consider cooking and baking to be to entirely different things, I didn't want to disappoint so I gave it my best shot.  It wasn't the best looking thing, but I did fall in love.  Creating cakes has become a creative outlet, I don't see myself pursuing this professionally, but it has proven to be a great hobby.
