I am not baking many cakes for my business. But The Chocolate Gallery, now that is another story! I work at this little restaurant in Warren and we have an account with 3 of the 4 Tin Fish restaurants in the area. They each place weekly dessert orders that I am responsible for. So I whittle away at those Mon-Thurs(at my leisure) and then work the grill Friday and Saturday. We also cater and rent out Chocolate Fountains that I work on the side. So I have been VERY BUSY! I am just kind of bummed that I can't break away from The Chocolate Gallery. I thought by now, a year into getting my cake business going, I would be able to do that. God must have another plan for me! =(

We have been wanting to move to the Waterford area for a few years now....we just cant sell our house in Sterling Heights! :( My oldest brother lives behind the airport and my son works at the airport for my brother. We put a lot of miles driving out that way every week! I wish we could live their!
My Dad has a newer home on the lake that is next to wal-mart in White Lake. I am not sure what the lake is called....I just love the area. :) Maybe someday we can move out that way.
