June, have you tried Myoflex on your hands?  It is a cream but it has no smell and warms but doesn't get hot like capsasien (sp). It doesn't take all the pain away from my joints but does give a little relief.  And it rubs right in so you could still work with your hands.

Hi June thanks for the invitation and I want to take this opportunity to thank you  for visiting my FB page.

Beginning next week I will be more focus on cakes, schools will be  closed, so I will have more time to learn how to use this site ;) and to try new recipes, fillings etc. Just for now have a great week.
