Thanx for the tips. 3rdRevolution.com is just another site where people can show off their creations. I love to see everyone's cakes, wherever I can, I always come away with something new to think about or try. I know I have learned quite a lot in the last 7-8 months. I use a scraper blade to mix & knead my MMF on the greased surface, just keep bringing it from the outside in, and only use my greased hands after the ball has started to form. No mixer, and virtually no mess. It is actually fun to make it this way. It worked well with your recipe too.
June-I used Hershey's cocoa natural unsweetened, & Hershey's syrup. Probably put too much sugar in it, it was a little dry, but I was able to roll it. I bragged on your recipe on 3rdRevolution, & gave you credit! Thanx ever so much! It is to die for good.

Your CHOCOLATE MMF recipe is the best. Everyone at the meeting loved it, including the instructors.
