Thank you Dorit for your comment on my pictures...I'm fairly new to cake decorating and most of it is trial & error but I absolutely love it. I find any reason to make cakes. Your cakes are amazing...I'm looking forward to the day when my cakes look as professional as yours.

your cakes are beautifful! I really like your little figures, I find them the hardest to do, I would love to get better at that, do you prefer to model with fondant or gum paste?

i wish there was much more information of that in Israel.

I sure don't know of any tutorials about piping, I have only just started looking on the computer for these kinds of things.Sorry I couldn't be of more help! I do sometimes get video e-mails from Sam@CakeDecorating.com. If you are a member you get lots more options that I do not have, too. Maybe they have some!
Hi Dorit, thank you for accepting. No I'm not a professional, the roof tiles are fondant that I cut into small squares then just placed them onto the styrofoam roof overlapping each one and painted them silver. I hope this helps.
