Hey Gail I have trouble writing free hand on the cakes do you any suggestions? I've tried using a icing pen I got from target it's too bulky I want my writing too be nice looking. HELP!!!

I'VE BEEN ON YOUTUBE AND YES IT'S VERY HELPFUL THATS HOW I LEARNED HOW TO DO THE FANTASY FLOWER, I WANT TO TAKE A FONDANT CLASS TO BUILD UP MY CONFIDENCE WORKING WITH IT,PLUS I THINK I CAN MORE SELLS WITH MY CAKES,SOME ORDERS I TURN DOWN CAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT. I'M GLAD I FOUND THIS WEBSITE !!!!

Thanks Gail! No, no molds, only my hands...Unfortunately, i live in a country where cake decorating hasn't grown into people,and there aren't many possibilities...you cant even buy the basic tools easily,either you don't have the money, or you don't have WHERE to buy them...Complicated! Although - I do my best, and trying to learn as much as i am able to.
