I hope to attend next year (it will be my first time) and I'd like to enter. I'd only be an Adult Beginner or maybe a little bit higher (not sure how they define it). Does the theme only apply to the professional wedding cakes? I looked at the website for OSSAS and it doesn't mention the theme or any of the stipulations of the theme.
