When you melted the isomalt the first time, you poured it and then broke it into pieces to melt and pour later, if you want to can you pour it into molds on the first melt?

My friend was so thrilled when I presented it to her. She knew I was making one for her to taste test BUT she did not expect it to be decorated too! She took the cake around the office and showed everyone her special cake. But the test was yet to come, she had to taste it!! She came in next day and said she and her daughter had eaten almost half already!! She put a small piece in the fridge so she could take it with her this weekend to a party so SHE could have dessert when everyone else had theirs!!! LOL The next night they finished it completely...2 nights all gone! She said it is because they never had such a tasty and moist gluten free dessert. Thanks Sidney for the great recipe!
