hi Katy i've put the recipe on for my rich fruit cake that you asked me for on the recipe section in the forums. If your thinking of trying it for christmas then i would suggest cooking it the 1st week of october to allow it to mature really well, no need to marzipan and ice till the 2nd week of december. hope you try it and love this recipe as much as I do.

I ck'd out Les's new cake website a mnth ago Katy.... Nah....Nah!!  Think I was one of the 1st from CWB to do so. Sent Les a "fake order" with glorious comments...hee  hee.  Really like his new profile pic.

Thanks for the lovely welcome, this is just a very small selection of the cakes that I have made since I started baking and decorating cakes. I can't wait to look at all the fabulous cakes on here and start adding more of my own. I'm in the middle of a lot of projects at the moment so I won't be on as much as I would like to be, I run a small home based business called Gemma Cakes :0)

Hi Katy wedding cake went well thank god. I figured out how to use picks with water in them on the wedding cake lol.
