I, as well as many of you, know how difficult it is to make the "butter cream roses". I went on "You Tube" and they had some good samples of how to make them. Just plug it he words "Wilton's Roses" and you will find many videos that may help you out. If I can, I'll try and post one up under "Videos". Good luck and keep baking! :)

I have not made buttercream roses for so long... I started making the gumpaste roses and love them so much more. More time conusming but I lvoe the look.

TIP: I've found that buttercream roses turn out firmer when cream of tartar is added to the mixture. Add gradually and beat to the desired firmness. Cheers!
