I filled it with chocolate ruffle filling and used chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
The truffle filling is:
8 oz cream cheese-room temp
2 Tbs butter
1 bag of chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli milk chocolate)
1 c of powdered/confectioner sugar (I think I used slightly less because I found the cake pretty sweet)
Beat cream cheese until smooth then add powdered sugar. Melt chocolate & butter and then mix it with cream cheese mixture.
