I had a cake featured on www.cakewrecks.com in a good way. The black and white cake was made several years ago. I used the cutter set from Stephen Benison. This was before I invented using an electronic cutter to cut my gum paste designs. I love the art deco look and I think black and white designs are so elegant.

If you have the new Silhouette Cameo, you can now cut directly from the Make the Cut program. Make the Cut is a great design program and one I have used when teaching classes on using electronic cutters for cake decorating. You can download the plug-in from from www.make-the-cut.com and it is free.

You can easily create beautiful wedding cakes or cakes for any occasion with the Silhouette Cameo and Icing Image icing sheets.

This is a wedding cake I made for a friend. I used the Cameo for all of the cut decorations. The bottom tier has 3 rows of ruffles. I cut the scalloped ruffles from gum paste. All of the flowers were made from gum paste and the petals and leaves were cut out using the Cameo. The Damask designs and flowers covering the cake were cut out using Icing Image…
