Hi everyone, my name is Tracy Orr from Birchwood Tn. I am new to cake decorating. I am self learned. so I am excited to see all the tips you have for cake decorating. I really love this site.

Now I have to say Tracy, I did add a lot of butter flavor extract to cut the "greasy" taste. 2nd time I also added with the butter flavor, champagne flavor. Only needed a few drops. Tasted yummy
