Hi Charmaine,
yes, these are more like minicakes, I just din't see any category for it so I tagged it as cupcakes.

For these I have used stencil instead one of the original template.
I like to make these minicakes, it is very versatile and also kind of different. The sponge is just a shell around cut out tear drop shaped bottom (any type of cake about 1/2 -3/4 inch thick), at the point "glued" together with melted chocolate, and then filled with any filling you like.
