The courses at Bulk Barn are done through a Wilton rep. I haven't tried Fondant yet - with the exception of the poured fondant for my petit fours (those are really yummy) and it was such a headache to get it just right and even then I didn't get it just right. :(

No I haven't had any courses yet. I am starting one at our local Bulk Barn in May, it has 3 levels of decorating. I have a sister who decorates cakes but she lives in MTL. Do you sell your cakes?
