I'm at Madison Ave Cafe and Deli. I'm only there on an as needed basis. Right now since it's not season, I'm not stocking the cases with anything. I'm thinking about doing a gumpaste class making Magnolia flowers. I have the rights to sell the cutters that are sold at D and G, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Do you think you would be interested? Friends that might be?
