A year ago, I lost my job. After taking a new job for which I have minimal passion, I've begun exploring things I've always loved doing in my spare time. I've loved baking since childhood and started taking classes at The Restaurant School. I look forward to taking classes on cake decorating in the Fall, but until then, I'm going to play around and try new things on my own! I'd love any tips and tricks from seasoned decorators! My next venture will be into the world of Fondant. :D
