Who I am

I'm a 26 year old Cake Decorator.. currently in transition from Maryland to Arizona. I aspire to restart my great grandfather's bakery making everything from donuts to cakes!I got my start as a cake decorator in Phoenix, Az working for Albertsons Market LLC. I do have prior training as a cake decorator at The Art Institute of Phoenix where I achieved my Associates Degree in Applied Science. I have been in the Culinary industry for 12 years now, and I don't seem to be leaving anytime soon.I hope you all enjoy my pictures! The cakes that were built on the gold boards were Albertson's cakes, the others that are on doilies are from my time at Palate Pleasers.
