Hi Carol.  Thanks for the compliment! I believe I used a 14 inch for the bottom, a 10 inch for the middle, and an 8.3 inch for the top.  I just used regular, white marshmallow fondant--I always make my own.  Since I don't have a steamer, when I do fondant cakes, I try to make sure my fondant has a little gloss of shortening on it so it doesn't have that dull look.  You only need the smallest amount. It makes all the difference!

Very nice job! Would you please explain what mediums you used, cake pan sizes, etc? I can't tell if you white is fondant or not and it appers so shiny, almost pearl like. Good job
