Surprise Vegan Birthday Cake for my daughter
Chocolate vegan cake with 2 tone green vegan icing. Tried a new icing recipe & should have stuck to my original go to vegan one. This icing never crusted, so I had to repeatedly place in freezer between applications. Piping ruffle was a nightmare as icing wouldn't stay firm and I had to put bag in freezer also. GRrrrrrr

I'm sure she loved it. The ruffle looks beautiful in this shot.
