The flowers are just simple butter cream. It's a bit tricky to put the cupcakes on. I would make sure the cupcake cakes are firm and definitely use two bamboo skewers! I have the directions on how to make this bouquet here: http://www.cupcakes-plain-and-fancy.com/cupcake-bouquet.html#Rose-B...

What are the flowers made out of? How are they anchored? This is really pretty. I'd like to try it sometime.
