Yankees Hat cake 122f
This was a Birhtday cake for a friend's Grandmother. The cake was made from a 6 inch round and a half of a small ball pan. The cake it self is covered and decorated in fondant. The brim is made of gumpaste. I purchased a childs baseball hat that I and deconstructed it. I used the brim to make a template to cut out the gumpaste and then covered it in plastic wrap and let the gumpaste dry for a few days. TFL! :)
