Hello Onika,

 

If you are referring to the flat characters, I cut them out of gumpaste. After coloring them, I curved them around a cake pan the same size as my cake layer, and put them in my oven with the light on over night. They dried upright and it was a simple matter to apply them to the front of the cake with a bit of gum glue.
