Winter Tiered Cake (Winter Dragon 2012 New Year's Cake)
upper cake is a durian cake ( durian-philippine exotic fruit ) filled with candied durian ( durian meat cooked with evap milk and sugar ), lower cake is mango cake ( mango-philippine tropical fruit ) filled with candied mango ( mango meat cooked with honey ), dragon head and whole body are made of rice krispies covered with fondant.

Amazing cake - I love the fact that he's frosty. You'd normally associate dragons with fire.
