Grasp plastic wrap close to icing, pick it up and twirl toward you while your fingers move to ends of plastic wrap. (Gets the air out.)

You're welcome, Jennifer. I use this method all the time. It's how we used to do it when I worked for Cookies by Design. Makes clean-up so much easier and sooooooooo much faster.

I knew I had seen this some where, just couldnt remember where. thanks so much for the idea. i use it for when i want to do 2 colors inthe same bag
