Thank you. Don't be nervous, you'll do great. I took the Wilton Course 1 in October. I had a hard time in class because of the time constraints and the consistancy of my icing. Once you work all that out it's pretty easy. Also, there are a lot of great vidios on Youtube that can help you with your decorating. Good luck to you and thanks again for your kind comments.

Your roses are beautiful! I just started the Wilton 1 class and will be starting roses on Sunday and am a little nervous...
