I made this cake for my sister's grand opening. Vendor's Experience Boutique. Note my B & E are wrong and had to be changed. Each of the fondant bathroom tiles was laid by hand.

The tub is a loaf cake that I carved the middle out of so that I could pile in the hand made bubbles.
