Whitetail Deer Father's Day Cake
I made this cake life-size for my dad, a big deer hunter. It is iced in ganache (white and dark chocolates), the ears are gumpaste, the eyes and nose are modeling chocolate, as are the antlers (with copper wire base)

Our family is full of avid deer hunters...I LOVE this! Did you have to use rice crispy treats for the neck and head? It's Awesome!!!
