white tiger
white cake (inside was black and white striped). Covered in buttercream. Face was sculpted from cake and modeling chocolate. Whiskers are floral wire. Birthday girl wanted a swimming white tiger, so to get the water effect on the board, I boiled water, corn syrup, and sugar, then added blue color and poured it on the board while still boiling.
