whipped icing 25 April 10 008
completly practice cake, never used whipped icing. I did however whip it a little too long, but over all really easy

I used the Riches Bettercream, I found it at GFS(quality food services), similiar to Sams but no membership. The Sam's in my area also carries it. The flowers were also whipped icing. The icing was a little stiff, due to the fact that I whipped it a little long. My icecream cake I made for my birthday was also completly whipped icing. I would like to find a good reciped for whipped icing, just really havent looked that hard yet.

How did you make your whipped icing, Jennifer. I've never tried it. Where the flowers also whipped icing?
