Mizztry, I used 'Riches Bettercream" I got mine in a 1/2 gallon container at QFS (quality food services, its like sams, just without the membership) here in TN. I know Sam's carries it but in a 5 gallon bucket. Honestly I believe I whipped it too long, it was a little on the stiff side. I will be making myself an ice cream cake today for my bday tomorrow & am going to be using the bettercream again & not whip it as long. I've never used the Wilton's brand

Jennifer, how did you manage to make flowers from whipped icing? I just tried it last night using the Wilton's Whipped Icing Mix and my roses did not hold.
