awww, thank you Tammy, but I would not say that myself. I think each one of has areas where we excel and other areas that aren't so good. (in other words, I stink at making gum paste flowers, but just keep practicing until one day....!) I think also, using the fabric was a stroke of genius! It is just a subtle addition that sets your cakes apart. :o)

I was in a hobby lobby store and saw some fabrics that inspired me so i bought 3 or 4 pieces and made back boards and designed the cakes around them.  I am working on opening a shop and these are dummy cakes.  I cut the stacks in half so i could have them sit close to the wall and i get more examples to put out.  i really had fun making the flowers.  thank you for looking, i appreciate it.  Linda, your work is even more wonderful. I love your animals.
