Happy Valentines Day
Thinking about Valentines Day, I remembered a cake I made for my hubby with my daughter Samantha when she was about 5 yrs. old. I can still see Sam standing on a chair helping me make the icing. Sam even helped fill the icing bag. Son Christopher couldn't help much as he was just 2 yrs old, although he did lick icing off the spoon! Wow... that was 25 yrs ago... how time flys
Thought it would be fun to post. Excuse the poor photo quality. :o)

I was sounding like some of my former clients..... always telling me to enjoy life & my children because I would blink and they would be grown & gone! ! SOoooo true. :o)

It did bring back sweet memories. Didn't think my piping was too bad either considering at this point hadn't taken a lesson of any kind. Just put icing in the bag & went for it.:o)
