Hello Everyone, thank you! Hey there Bonnie, yes it is butter-cream. Sandra all the flowers are gum-paste made from Nicholas Lodge recipe, except I use meringue powder and tylose powder, just make royal icing and dump in 1 to 2 tablespoons of tylose, supper easy. In all I made 60 roses, in three different sizes, they were petal dusted and painted with vodka. This process took about 3 weeks.

Gorgeous, Pamela!  Too far away for me to tell, but if you made all of those roses from gum paste, it must have taken a month!
