Yup, it sure is, Angela! I wish they would. (it sure would cut the cost a lot, that's for sure) But besides that, they always looked so pretty! :o)

He was so proud of that cake, I think you may be right. Back when he was in grade school he wanted me to help him make a shark for a school project out of paper mache' (however you spell it) and we worked together on that for weeks forming wire and supporting the structure. then once it was dry, we painted that shark, and then varnished it. He still has it, and he is as proud of it now as when we made it.

You'll be amazed, but that was a day with you he'll never forget...!!!

Ugh! That was a nightmare! But it was fun having my grandson help. He's at that age now that he doesn't want to be hanging with grandma, so it was a rare moment. He would rather be hanging with his girlfriend. lol

I had all of the super hero pans, Batman, Superman, and then I had Strawberry Shortcake, Barbie, plus a few of the 3-D pans....sold them all. Now I have one last grandchild that I could have used those Super Hero pans for. He just turned 3.

I've tried it all, and I'll keep trying... The character pans I bought when I was a kid, were the ones I knew I would want to keep for life... and I was right... Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, The Grand Piano and of course... the Panda...!!!

Have you tried E-bay? When I 'thought' I was done making cakes, I sold all, and I mean all of my character pans on E-bay. They were snatched up like crazy! I don't miss having them, but now I realize that I should have hung onto them as they are worth some money now. I had some dated all the way back to 1978!

HOLD ON TO THEM!!! YES...!!! They will be worth something... and sooner then you think... Like round beveled pans... I can't find then any where... not amizon.com or any of that stuff... and we use them in Lambeth... If you have any suggestion... let me know!!!

You can tell it's dated, can't you? Who in their right mind uses pillars anymore. I have an attic full of pillars and plastic plates just gathering dust.
