I used a 5 petal flower cutter and garetted the petals to get this effect, some are doubled up,
A very quick method and cheaper for the client than wired flowers.

Hi Mandy, use a 5 petal flower cutter and then garette frill each petal (you might want to google this) so simple and quick. good luck.

The bottom tier is carrot cake
middle is chocolate and
the top tier is Vanilla and raspberry.
