3 Tiers fruit cake, covered with marzipan and fondant icing. Orchids, ivy leaves, doves and rings made out of flower paste. Cornelli work done with royal icing, small dots piped with royal icing. Little flowers done out of flower paste and coloured with same as orchids to match. I used purple food colouring with white spirits and sprayed the colour onto the flowers. Ivy leave edges painted with melted holsum, then dipped into the green colouring to get the correct colouring right. Second tier was lifted with polistirine cake board, covered with tin foil and ribbon around the sides. Small dots piped along the edges. Cake boards also covered with fondant icing. Drapes made out of flower paste.
