Christmas Cheesecake

Even a cheesecake can be decorated like a cake...which is what started me out! The pointsettia was done with colored cheesecake batter and painted on with sugar crystals on the petals. A chocolate crust, a layer of chocolate cheesecake, then a layer of cookie crumbs, and the final layer of vanilla cheesecake to design.
