We Miss You Already Cow Cake

Utilizing cake layers I had left over from another project, I made this cake for a co worker moving on. The 2 tiers are double layer 8" and 9" cakes. Covered with buttercream, I adorned the middle with flowers and leaves (some from previous projects and some added for more colors ). The top is a coconut pasture with little flowers and an exasperated cow. Filling was raspberry cream cheese for the lemon cake and the other was chocolate mousse for the marble cake.
