the embossed pattern is made withe filligree border by fist impressions and for the wavy I can give you this link http://www.deleukstetaarten.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?id=106789 it is in dutch but you can inderstand the photo's ;) the cout outs will be placed on top ;)

I've been asked to make a version of this beautiful cake but I've never made a wavy cake before. Have you got any tips or helpful advice as to how I go about it? Also, what did you make the embossed pattern around the bottom tier with?
