Base/Golf/Husky Cake - 625F
This was a cake I did for my best friend's son whom I have known all his life. When I asked what he wanted for his 12th birthday he said I could do baseball, golf or husky dogs...so I did all three. It is a chocolate ball cake covered in buttercream and fondant. The outfield is demarara sugar and the sand trap is brown sugar. The husky was my first animal attempt in fondant! Thankfully I have gotten better since.

Thanks, Katy. It was one of my earlier fondant cake so has flaws but I had so much fun with it!
