This cake was so difficult because I was not allowed to use much fondant. The client doesn't like it...
I ended up using layers of chocolate and red velvet cake, covered with white buttercream. The border is made from black buttercream and the decorations from fondant...
All in all not a bad attempt.

Thanks Katy...indeed a difficult one...I love fondant and I also don't mind the taste...I found melting marshmallows and adding that to my fondant makes for a awesome taste...
lol - clients that want decorations, but not fondant! Not easy. Well done
