I agree! Your piping is very good. Is that buttercream?

Thank you very much! The icing needs to be fairly thin, either with water, or by using piping gel. I personally don't like piping gel. You want it to be to the point when you pipe a line, the icing doesn't break off. Does this help at all?

Looks amazing I'm trying to learn to do the piping now, what thickness is best for the icing sugat and do u have a go to web site or something that shows tecniques?
